This hallmarked silver salt mill is truly eye catching, showing beautifully polished silver against the dark wood mill. Handmade by our expert craftspeople, and incorporating ‘Peugeot’ mechanisms, these mill grinders make a unique and practical gift. The grinders have beautiful mirror polishing to the exterior, and the top finial has been finished in gold gilt – this will distinguish the salt from the pepper mill if you wish to buy a pair. The mill is made from thick sterling silver and is suitable for engraving if required. Each piece is supplied in one of our signature gift boxes. This piece should be cleaned regularly with an impregnated silver cloth to prevent tarnishing. The salt mill should not be used for pepper or any other spice, or for wet sea salt or flowers of salt.
