This substantial hallmarked silver box is a truly unique gift, which showcases the finest Sheffield craftsmanship. The box is superb quality and can be used as a desk box or for those very special trinkets on a dressing table. Designed by James Bailey to commemorate our 150th year in business, the lid has a saw pierced scene of a pheasant in flight. We believe there are only 2 saw piercers left in the Sheffield trade who are able to do this type of work. The body of the box is hand made and features mirror polishing and a gold gilt interior which provides an incredible backdrop for the pierced lid. This gift is supplied in one of our luxurious gift boxes. To prevent the silver from tarnishing, we recommend a regular clean with an impregnated silver cloth.
